HEAVY FORGING

We have presses with a capacity of 13,000, 10,000 and 3,000 MTf, as well as a manipulator with a capacity of up to 20 MT.

RING LAMINATION

State-of-the-art machinery for the rolling of rings up to 4,000 mm diameter and a maximum height of 600 mm. We process all steel grades, such as carbon, alloy and stainless steel..

FREE FORGE

Specialized technical equipment for the manufacture of free forging parts up to 8 MT. We manufacture single parts, special geometries and short series parts such as wheels, gears, shafts, lifting components, special geometries, etc.

EXTRUSION

We form parts by optimizing the amount of raw material and the metallurgical properties of the component.

CLOSED MATRIX

This process is ideal for the production of medium and large series parts. We have large capacity presses and forging simulation software that allows us to design an optimal process at the lowest cost.

LIGHT FORGE

We are specialists in precision forging of light parts up to 50 kg. We have 34 years of experience in forging by horizontal upsetting and extrusion of parts of great mechanical responsibility and complex geometry.

Depending on the customer's needs, it is possible to deliver the parts in rough forging, rough or finished machining, as well as carving and grinding.
